A TFR ball can be used to quickly reduce or eliminate minor aches and stiffness in a few simple steps:

  1. Find the right target and place the ball in the area.
  2. Sustain pressure on the area for 30-90 seconds.
  3. Adjust pressure vs. time to your comfort level (more time/less pressure or more pressure/less time).
